QUICK, SIMPLE BREAKFAST
2 oranges, peeled and pips removed
3 tablespoons plain dairy-free yoghurt
1 tablespoon tahini
1 pinch cinnamon
Blend everything together then mix in a bowl with a mashed banana and blueberries.
Chop 1/2 an OllyBar into it or simply add some chopped nuts and raisins and enjoy!
