This green smoothie is like a fresh, morning hike, with a zing. That zing of reaching your destination and being on the mountain top, looking at the world upside down. *With your feet in the air, and head on the ground* kind of thing.
Ingredients:
– 1 handful kale
– 1 orange, peeled
– 1/2 banana
– 1 pomegranate, only the seeds removed in a bowl of water
– 1 bunch coriander
– 1 inch knob ginger(or larger if you want the ZING)
How to:
Greens first, then the rest of the ingredients. Top up with water half way through and blend away!
*Note: if you think your blender can’t handle the pomegranate seeds, blend them first with a bit of water and pass them through a sieve.
