It’s all happening and we’re celebrating in style! Bloom is officially live and we’re taking 10 days to celebrate life, food and happy moments!

Healthy living is about having fun, enjoying what you’re doing and having the least amount of negative impact on our environment. I am passionate about food, making it super tasty and good for you and for the planet. After years of creating recipes, teaching and sharing what I know about this with the world I have created this book in order to gather my best recipes and methods in one place and make them available worldwide.

“Bloom” is a collection of green smoothies, breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes, plus a selection of my favourite sides and snacks, arranged beautifully with photographs. Each recipe includes a personal comment and easy to follow instructions.

I do love a good celebration, and rather than having only one event, I am celebrating the launch of my cookbook through an amazing 10 giveaway! I love prezzies and love spreading the word about good, hearty brands and companies that share the same vision and mission with me.

That’s why from Monday, the 5th of September, every day for 10 days you’ll have the chance to win one of the prizes below, including Bloom copies and health coaching sessions. Over £600 worth of top products and experiences! Wooop! Wooop!

HOW TO ENTER

Every day we’ll be giving away a different prize. In order to qualify for winning any prize you need to enter via www.second-nature.co/bloomgiveaway and follow each day’s instructions. It’s as easy as that!
