For a realistic commitment, you'll need the designated 2 hours for the weekly calls, plus an additional hour each week for journaling and reviewing the booklets. The program is structured into four chapters, with each chapter containing three modules. These sessions will be held weekly on a day we'll collectively decide upon once the program starts, allowing you to map out your upcoming four months. We've also scheduled breaks at the end of each month and during the Christmas and New Year holidays. These breaks offer a chance to catch up if you've missed any calls or had particularly busy weeks.
All LIVE calls will be recorded and uploaded within 24h and shared within our private sisterhood allowing you to catch up or revisit them at your convenience.
