The program can be taken in your own time, but it requires an average of 2 hours per week dedicated to the homeworks and coaching call.
You will have access to all the materials and information for life! Once you take it, you can re-take at your own pace whenever you want.
First of all, this is not a diet. It's an awareness and emotional support program, as well as an introduction to a common sense, natural foods lifestyle. The way you learn to look at food and speak to yourself during the program will serve you for life as long as you focus on the long term results.
