Kale, Berries, Parsley Green Smoothie

Take the berry route – it’s delicious! If you want some dazzling summer sensations in all seasons go for this green smoothie! It’s a winner!

Ingredients:
 
– 1 handful kale
– 1 bunch parsley
– 1 stalk celery
– 1 generous handful frozen berries
– 2 persimmons
– 1/2 banana
 
How to:
 
Fill with water half way through, a big handful of love and blend together until smooth and creamy! Yum!
