Juicing or Blending for health are amazing gifts you can give yourself every day, and we are very blessed to live in a day and age when we can find “filtered water through/with plants” on every corner.


You hear it all the time that it’s good for you.

But, what if you have no idea where to start from? What to juice, what not to juice? Is it better the blending? Is a “nutribullet”  juicing? Do I get my nutrition out of it? What can I blend?
