Should I blend or should I juice?

Juicing or Blending for health are amazing gifts you can give yourself every day, and we are very blessed to live in a day and age when we can find “filtered water through/with plants” on every corner.

Literally!

You hear it all the time that it’s good for you.

But, what if you have no idea where to start from? What to juice, what not to juice? Is it better the blending? Is a “nutribullet”  juicing? Do I get my nutrition out of it? What can I blend?

I get asked these and more, all the time!

Worry no more, I gathered all the answers in one place and I will now deliver this in an evening masterclass that will help you get the answers you need to build a healthy routine.

The masterclass will include a thorough demo on both blending and juicing and take you through:

-the big question of juicing vs blending – what to choose?
-what equipment to use
-when and why should you do it
-what produce to use
-ingredients and food combining
-juice fasting – where to start?

There will be healthy snacks and live Q&A, so come prepared with all your questions and let’s whizz up our veg!

Here’s what others said after attending this class

“”I attended “Should I blend or Juice?” and I walked away with about 4 pages worth of notes which I implemented that very same night! The workshop was fun, informative and tasty! Denisa is clearly an expert in this field and she has a great balance of warmth, charm and enthusiasm about her which makes the evening refreshing and easy to follow! As a busy psychologist, learning how to make fresh and healthy smoothies on-the-go has boosted my energy and saved me some pennies! I highly recommend these workshops if you’re looking for some take-home tips on how to live a healthier life.”

Ilham Sebah (BSc, MSc, PhD Researcher) Psychologist

“I am someone who has always had a keen interest in health and nutrition. I read articles and listen to podcasts that often leave me more confused than when I started. I’ve learnt more about nutrition in the last few hours than I have in the past few years. Denisa’s energy is unparalleled (no doubt supplemented by a raw food regime!). I’ve never met anyone quite as knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. An inspirational human and a consummate professional.”
