Dandelion, Berry Green Smoothie

Wild green! Nature’s gift to us urban wanderers. Next time you walk by a dandelion patch, pick some leaves, wash them well and blend them! They’re delicious! Rich in Calcium and Iron, as well as antioxidants and supports liver detoxification. Top that with another free source! 

Ingredients:

– 1 handful dandelion leaves
– 1 handful spinach
– 1/2 apple
– 1/2 orange
– 1 full handful berries
– 2 spoons flax seeds

How to: 

Add water 3 thirds through the ingredients in the blender (the flax seeds will take some of that liquid). Blend well till creamy dreamy, and enjoy!
