Clean eating and the list of NO’s for sugar, dairy, wheat, meat, fast food, processed food etc. can feel daunting. “What will I replace it with?” you say? There’s plenty of choices! I got that covered for you!
I’ve prepared 5 days of delicious recipes for juices, smoothies and food, clean and yummy, meant to make you shine from inside out and help you transition into autumn after a relaxed summer.
If you’ve never eaten this way, I encourage you to give it a go! However, sudden changes can put too much stress on your body, so take a few days to ease into it and reduce the stimulants (coffee, sugar, processed salts, and fats) one by one so you don’t experience the sudden crash in energy or accelerated detox effects.
Every now and then, if you only need a gentle nudge over the clean eating fence, ripping the band aid fast is the easiest way to do it. It’s up to you. If you have any medical conditions or you’re pregnant you should speak with your doctor first before making any sudden changes.
It’s easier to do something when you’re in a community and also to have the support of those around you rather than doing it by yourself, so we’ll be doing this together! We have a facebook group where we’ll share our experiences and results and accountability.
In a nutshell, this 5 Days Clean and Reset Challenge is your chance to step into this journey together and with support.
We will begin on the 15th of October and do it for 5 days.
3 Days of smoothies and juices, followed by 2 days of delicious breakfast smoothie, lunch and dinner recipes. We keep it easy, fun and colorful
Some meals will be raw, some will be gently cooked, some will be liquid, as I want your transition to be smooth and light.
