Oh, bummer! Sometimes life gets in the way and there’s nothing you can do. We totally get that and would love to help if we can.

We are a heart centred small company and we will do our best to assist you, however, all cooking classes are NON-REFUNDABLE, just like a concert or theatre ticket. 

If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know ASAP and we’ll find a solution. In the first instance you can, of course, send a friend or loved one instead, or simply find a replacement for your ticket.

 

If you wish to transfer to another class, we’re happy to so if there is any available or offer you a voucher credit towards other services, as long as you let us know no later than 4 (four) days before the class begins.

For any cancellations done in less than 4 days, there is no transfer or refund. We may be able to offer you a voucher for another similar class, should you wish so, where you will only pay for net costs that are a given for each event (ingredients, location hire, staff), rather than the full retail price. However, we can not guarantee that will be possible, so please, if you can, let us know well in advance.
