Blackberry Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Berry Coconut Smoothie

Berries and chocolate have always been my favourite smoothie combination, especially with coconut milk and this one is a great combination! 

Check out the recipe below and give it a whirl :)
RECIPE

makes 2

  • 1 large handful blackberries 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 cucumber 
  • 1 tablespoon cacao 
  • 1 tablespoon Udo’s Choice Greens 
  • 1 tablespoon Udo’s Choice Oil 
  • 1 teaspoon baobab powder 
  • 2 tablespoons thick coconut milk (added at the end for decoration)
  • water half way through 

 

HOW TO 


Blend everything together smoothly.

The blackberries might need a little bit more time to crush the seeds.

Use at least one frozen ingredient.
